Alpenhotel Beslhof truly impressed me with its dedication to culinary innovation during my recent stay. The onsite restaurant showcases regional cuisine that reflects the alpine heritage of the area. I had the pleasure of savoring the Bavarian roast, served with rich gravy and a delicious bacon dumpling. It was cooked to perfection, tender enough to melt in my mouth. Breakfast was equally memorable, featuring a variety of options including farm-fresh eggs and fresh bakery rolls. The selection was sufficient and highlighted local flavors, which I appreciate as an environmental scientist focused on sustainability. The ambiance of the restaurant, combined with the staff's attentiveness, created a welcoming dining experience. I appreciated how every detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the inviting atmosphere, added to my overall enjoyment of the stay. I can't wait to return!
